Had in fridge since last October, pours a translucent orange with a nice head that stays for a while. Nice, sweet malt taste and aroma is the malt + hops, quite mild with a slight bite on the finish. really enjoyed this beer. A big fan of fresh hopped beers Rated 8-7-2022.

*2021 Version using Chinook hops
Look: Slightly opaque medium orange in color and my lazy pour still creates a frothy head that settles to a lid, leaving great lacing behind
Aroma: Freshly crushed orange peel, cut grass, grapefruit, lemon drop candy, wafts of Cannabis, and tangerine, along with some sweet malt
Taste: Holy hell, this is like sipping on an IPA that was laid down over varying citrus fruit rinds for some time. Huge pithy citrus notes – ruby red grapefruit, tangerine, orange, lemon, and lime – all hit up front as some weed and malt filter in. Some light berry notes are detectable in the middle and all of these continue to develop until the citrus bomb crashes in along with a hefty bite to close it out
Mouthfeel: Full, slick, medium-high carbonation, and noticeable and welcome dryness on the finish
Overall: This is awesome stuff. These folks really do consistently good work with fresh/wet hops in their beer and this is, to no surprise, another winner. An absolute citrus bomb and great showcase of fresh hop aroma and flavor throughout. Not sure what hop varietal this is yet (will investigate post-review) but it’s good. Delicious and recommended

A brassy babe she is. Capped with an almost milky, yet fluffy, head. Solid retention, scattered lacing.
Nose: Ya Mon. Pumps the weed and pine resin upon popping the tab. Green with an oh-so hint of grain in the background.
Flavor starts like the nose, sees and pine resin. Next comes some lemon zest, grapefruit, pepper, and again some mild hints of the grain.
Mouthfeel is medium. Slick finish. Carbonation is mellow but keeps things moving.
Overall, a great IPA. Fresh hop indeed.

Pop this open and everyone a half mile downwind will smell it. Very prominent fruit, pine and floral. Color is a clear light amber with good carbonation. You will pick up a floral taste, backed up with an interesting piney taste, long aftertaste. Just enough malt to hold things together. Canned 9/7. Can marked "FH Wanderlust"

Beautiful near-transparent burnished gold hued beer, with excellent head production, and good retention and lacing.
Nose is dank, musty, and earthy; it doesn't really pop with vibrant or juicy hop notes, leaning into the danker side of things. Some floral notes hiding in the background if you go looking for them.
Much more expressive on the palate: pine, lemon, mild dankness, pepper, grass, pale grains, mango.
Crisp and lively, with a slightly oily back third. Finishes wet. Very clean.
I really like this one, but in some ways, it really drinks more like a fresh hop APA. No ABV listed, but I suspect it's on the very low end for an IPA.

Can from the source. Thanks, Chris!
A clear light amber with a dense white head with good retention and lacing this looks great. The nose is delicious IPA goodness. Bitter orange, grapefruit, mild pine, oily fresh hops. The fresh hops add a wonderful accent to what is already a great IPA, a blend of bitter, dank and fruit. Clean as a whistle and insanely drinkable.

Out of the can. No hops listed here, which is disappointing, but I'm fond of Breakside's IPA anyway, so what can go wrong? The grassy fresh hop flavor is more noticeable in taste than aroma, and is a bit muted for what I want in a fresh hop IPA. Still, it's a nice FH take on a classic.
