On tap at Breakside, 10.21.11.A collaboration between Breakside brewer Ben Edmonds and St. Jacks restaurant, the second in an ongoing series.
One finger pure white head, small bubbles, fairly quick dissipation with some lacing retained. Hazy straw colored body, multiple streams of slow rising bubbles. Nose is a wee bit on the sweet side, muted coriander and a trifle barnyard funk, probably from the yeast. Taste is sweetish but not overly so, floral hops, and the coriander was well in the background until the beer fully warmed. Mouthfeel a bit on the light side of medium fairly dry finish, not a lot of effervescence. Refreshing, well made, worth a try.
