Had on tap. Clear dark amber body with a white cap. Smells of caramel malt, light grains and grassy/earthy hops, and a hint of white bread. Wow, taste is really impressive, so many places mess up the malt and hop waltz, but this hits it in stride, well done. Not the most complex feeling beer, as malt carries foremost, but plenty of hops, yeast and grain elements strike a balance. The wife liked it

Served on tap in a globe at the Flesk taproom.
Starting things off tonight with a Vienna, the very same offering they took off at Phase Three before we made it there. I will not be denied. Anyway, this stuff pours a clear amber-copper topped by a finger or so of dirty white foam. The nose comprises mild caramel, biscuit, light grass, and a touch of flowers. The taste brings in more of the same, along with some minor bits of candied orange peel for good measure. The body is a rather light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a liquid feel. Overall, a pretty nice VIenna, something I could see having here all the time if they decided to make it permanent.
