Served on tap in a globe at the Flesk taproom.
Clearly named for Arizona Cardinals legend Tim. Anyway, this stuff pours a clear sunset auburn-copper topped by over a finger of light cream foam. The nose comprises wet grass, light biscuit, mild Belgian yeast, light caramel, and some candied orange peel. The taste brings in more of the same, the yeast really coming through with some spiciness here, helping the hops to reach some high levels of bitterness. The body is a lithe medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a drying finish. Overall, a pretty nice BPA, though the hops' bitterness is a touch off-putting, especially in the finish.
