this was brewed with Norwegian farmhouse yeast
little hazy, straw yellow, massive but instable white foam
tropical fruits aroma like pineapple & passion fruit paired stinky cheese and a little yeast
rather dry and a little tart, bitterness is smoothly integrated, taste is more cheesy than fruity
medium to light body drinks almost smooth but but still nicely refreshing
Wonderfully complex farmhouse ale. I had a couple of Norwegian farmhouse ales during a special session of the Carnivale Brettanomyces this year in Amsterdam. This beer captures this nice yeast profile and brings to commercial scale. Well done Oersoep! Finally you are going back exploring what yeast and bacteria can do.
