Ap - Hazy orange. There is a thick, yet quickly fading, off white head. It settles to nothing. Looks very still almost. Very minimal lace, if any.
Ar - Mango, lemongrass, clove, pepper spice.
T - Loosely follows the nose, but the flavors are kind of blended together. It tastes very citrusy, slightly spicy, and fruity. Intriguing.
M - the mouthfeel is awesome. I like how it has an almost stillness to it. I wouldn't mind a touch more carbonation.
O - This is really great! Sour it! Throw it in red wine barrels! Instant whalez!
