Cassiopeia has an interesting mix of smoothness (yay) and flatness (boo). You get what you want in terms of drinkability from this beer, but after the initial taste, it just kind of disappears. I wouldn't even say it fizzles out, as that would imply it does anything other than vanish. It's an odd trick that leaves you kind of disappointed.
