Notes: Cloudy yellow gold body beneath a short head of white that drops shortly leaving behind only tiny spots of lace. "Tartish" in the aroma with mineral, subtle citrus, and slightly Brett-ish wet straw. The flavor is tart and fruity with apple, pear, lemon, and lime. It's not too tart or mineralish, nor overtly funky. It's nicely balanced. Subtly oaky in the dry finish with some lime lingering. Light-medium in body with a moderate carbonation that lends a gentle caress to the palate.
