Beautiful foggy juicy smoothie colored body with a tall head of 2 fingers leaving lots of lace on the glass.
Aroma is gorgeous and full of pineapple, mango, and peach. Almost smells like orange sherbet.
Flavor lies heavily on bitterness though, I think being 100% Galaxy the harshness of a long boil really smacks hard, "shattering" every other fruity flavor to pieces. It's not particularly enjoyable, just very very bitter. Faint fruit flavors of orange creamsickle are in the far distance but they never get close enough to say hello.
Feel is crisp to start with a pleasant carb burn and then retreats to a smooth creaminess and finally a resinous finish.
Overall in the big picture it's a very decent beer but the flavor is just way too bitter for me. The IBU's must be in the 80-90. Very bitter.
