Canned 11-20-18 into 16oz IPA glass.
L: Pours cloudy, with a fair head that dissipates. Nice spotting lacing that holds well.
S: Pure Mosaic.. lots of fruit/citrus. A touch of pineapple held off until later. Delicious overall bouquet.
T: Lots of stone fruit and little citrus.
F: Smooth. Velvety smooth. No bitterness bite. Little carbonation. No aftertaste.
O: Love this beer. Yea, it's a banger.. and delicious at the same time. Well done La Cabra.
