Barely sparkling pale gold with a persistent creamy white blanket rolling up in a thick, tall collar.
Smell is grassy corn, hay, and light white grape.
Taste is corn, white grape, bitter charred grass and hay via a light but round frothy body and a chew dry finish.
This is like a Pilsener version of a Saison, and is actually better than their Pils, ha!
