New brett offering, lightest beer Zev has made. Enjoyed on tap at the Nano brewery. Saison yeast in nose. Very Cloudy yellow. Brett in finish. Very good drinkability and lots of flavour. Hits the style. Fresh, clean no off-notes. Good attitude towards use of brett.
