A - Light to medium gold colored pour with perfect clarity and thin but dense foam and lacing on top. Carbonation is light and steady.
S - Grassy citrus, light earthy spice, overall aroma is very crisp. The aroma diminishes as the beer warms.
T - Grassy citrus from start to finish with earthy, peppery spice. Malt is crackery crisp and the only presence on the palate is to create a solid backbone for the hops. Finishes strong with building bitterness that sits on the palate. As I get into the beer there's some slight malt sweetness in the background. Nice lingering grassy citrus bitterness.
M - Thick body for a Pils with sharp pricklies on the tongue from the carbonation. Some watering around the edges of the palate but otherwise very dry overall.
O - I wasn't sure what to expect with this one but overall it's an easy drinker that I'll gladly buy more of.
