Pours hazy straw gold with a medium head that leaves lacing coating everything and staying forever. Nose is hoppy much more than yeasty, like an APA with some traditional saison notes in the back. Hay becoming more prominent as it warms. Taste is 180 from the nose. Yeasty and soft initially, then slightly tart and increasingly tart through finish. Again, more hay as it warms. Mouthfeel is crisp but creamy at the same time. Overall a super interesting beer and my favorite Partisan to date.
