Pours yellow clear with nice white foamy cap. Decent light and easy drinking happy hour special hot the spot after hiking in Sedona.

Despite the decent initial head, eventually there are no bubbles and no lace. The color is straw to gold and is crystal clear.
Pale malt and cream cone to mind in the smell. There's also a minor band-aid note to the nose.
The flavor is pretty close to the real thing, except there's a decent hop presence to the tongue and aftertaste. The body is also richer than most Kōlsches. Overall, it's refreshing and more interesting than most pale malted beers.
