Moderate head. Beautiful blanket lace throughout the tasting. Golden color with a mild haze.
Good grapefruit nose--bitter.
Although the hops are from New Zealand, the flavor says American IPA. Brief pale malt start with the bittering hop kicking in quickly and strongly. Moderate body and carbonation. Long hop pellet-like aftertaste.
