Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a brown to black coloring with a tan, light head. Nose of grapefruit tart and sweet, with a subtle roasted backbone. Flavors are very citrus fruit forward, with a heavy dose of grapefruit. Tart and sweet, almost acidic, with a subtle dark sweetness in the backbone. Light and effervesced, with a citrus blend into the aftertaste. Smooth, light, slightly dry finish.
