A: Pours a hazy medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass, moderate amounts of medium sized light colored particles in suspension, and moderate peach + apricot + bright yellow + honey colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense sudsy foamy off-white head that reduces to a large patch of very thin film covering a little more than 80% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of juicy tropical/mango, stone fruit/peach, and citrus/grapefruit hops as well as moderate aromas of stone fruit/apricot over the top of light aromas of biscuit + wheat + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light flavors of biscuit + wheat + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by moderate flavors of sweet stone fruit/apricot. Finally there are moderate flavors juicy tropical/mango, stone fruit/peach, and citrus/grapefruit hops which contribute a hint of bitterness which fades away almost instantly leaving lingering tropical + stone fruit hop flavors.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Very light amounts of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a hint of dryness in the finish but overall slightly thin/watery.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a decent mouthfeel though not as soft/fluffy as the majority of other NEIPAs. Enjoyable with a pleasant hop profile that works well with the added apricot.
