Poured from a green wax-topped bottle into a Zywiec porter glass
L: Nearly clear light golden pour with massive fizzy white head. Nice ring of lacing.
S: Tart green fruits. Acidic funk.
T.F: Tart bordering on downright sour. Green fruit, apple cider vinegar, plum, and funk. Oak and juice... the hint of some plum sweetness. Overcarbonated and fizzy... mouthfeel is off, but the flavor is great.
O: Delicious sour... and my only complaint is the overcarbonation (which does somewhat settle after a bit). Fantastic beer... would enjoy trying more in the series.

Bottle at PreFunk-Nampa, courtesy of Kyle. Cloudy pale golden, instant head that stays around for a bit. Plums feature prominently in the aroma and taste, making for a nice center around which swirl some barrel notes and brett sourness. Fruity and tart.

Very bubbly and fizzy on the pour, quickly dies down to a still surface, a pool of floaties settling at the bottom of the glass. Cloudy orange/yellow hue, basically the colour of the flesh of a plum.
Aroma is sour plum and stone fruit, wet straw, funk and vinegar. Sour plums are the forefront of this one's flavours, along with apple cider vinegar and some citrus undertones. Mellows into some good funk, straw, yeast and soft wood notes.
Finishes fairly light with a good amount of sour that will leave you puckering. Nice clean juicy plum flavours. Quite pricy but a good one to try at least once! Enjoyed this one a lot.

This one pretty much resembled a glass of champagne to me. Once the carbonation settles a bit and the beer starts to warm you get a nice citrus flavor along with the plum and sourness. A very good sour but considering the price not something I would buy again.

L: Poured a cloudy dark orange with an enormous frothy head. Took about 2 minutes to get into a shaker pint glass, even when poured slowly.
S: Intense aroma of stone fruit with some farmyard funk thrown in.
T: Lip-smackingly sour, with plum and peach. Some barrel character at the end.
F: Was worried it would feel over-carbed based on the pour, but it's not too bubbly.
O: Another under-the-radar gem from BB's sour series.
