Peach Be With You is an easy-drinking pale ale brewed for our fall release. The goal was to complement the big stone fruit of Galaxy hops with the bright flavors of pureed peaches. Thomas first unleashed this beer at our Tavern, it had such a great response we had to share beyond the Den. This has to be an expensive beer because everything he makes costs us a small fortune! Every day around here is Christmas for Thomas. We keep getting deliveries of all these really expensive ingredients and high tech brewing gadgets. We finally had to cut up his Amex card, can you feel me, it’s a problem! Drink, enjoy, Dam Good Time To You My Friend!

12oz bottle almost a year old
Look is great, light yellow-orange with good lacing. Bonus points for visable sediment. Smells very peachy and hoppy. The peach shows up in the nose mostly, but a little translates to the tongue. As it warms up the hops and peach flavors dominate, and there is a slight alcohol flavor mixed in with sweet bready malt. The peach and the galaxy hops complement each other very well.
Just a solid pale ale with light fruit notes. Smells amazing, tastes good, gets ya drunk. Bonus points for holding it's flavor over time

Pours a cloudy straw yellow with a large white head. Good retention and great lacing. Aroma is faintly peachy. Flavor is malty with a touch of peach. Feel is light and lightly carbonated. Overall a decent beer but lacking in peach flavor.

Poured from 12oz bottle into Seidel Mug. Bottled on August 24th, 2017.
L: Hazy gold, thick finger and a half of off-white head with pretty good retention.
S: Smells strongly of fresh peaches, very sweet aroma, no hops or malts noticeable, also has some strawberry jam like sweetness.
T: Again a rich flavor of peaches but the malt comes from behind and takes over, again some strawberry sweetness.
F: Light, crisp, super dry.
O: Meh.
