Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Bright citrus, pine, a bit grassy, floral, hints of tropical and stone fruit, and a little biscuity malt.
T: Zesty citrus, pomello, lemon, lime, and a touch of tangerine, grassy, resinous pine, subtle tropical and stone fruit, passion fruit, pineapple, apricot, peach, and a hint of papaya, floral notes, biscuity malt, and a dry finish.
M: Light to medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Bright crushable west coast pale ale.

Clear yellow colored beer with a small white head.
Smells strongly hoppy with a lot of pine scent. Closer sniff gives me a lot of citrus, orange and grapefruit with some tropical scents. Strong scent of passion fruit.
Starts out dry and woody. Not super strongly flavored, bitterness is mild. Mild pine flavors but this is plain dry and lightly flavored, not a hop hammer.
Mouthfeel is light and easy to swallow.
Overall a mild and easy to drink beer. This is an excellent choice for a hot Summer day.

16oz tallboy can purchased at Main Market for $3.29. According to the stamp on the bottom it was canned on February 2nd, 2021.
Poured into a 16 ounce mug, it was a chill hazed mellow gold color, with a big off white pillowy head that left lots and lots of lace.
Hoppy nose. Reminded me of tropical fruits and fresh mowed grass. Makes me wonder what hops were used. Whiff of crackery maltiness as well.
The flavor is lightly citrusy, almost lemony. I'm not getting the tropical fruit that I picked up in the nose. Finishes crisp.
Medium bodied, with a crisply easygoing mouthfeel.
Not a flavor bomb, but a nice, lightly juicy and eminently quaffable pale ale that would lend itself well to drinking repeated pints on a warm day. Seems like most Belching Beaver beers are big crazy beers, at least the ones I see around here. This one goes the other way, and does so very well.

16oz canned 2/8, poured into a pint nonic.
A: Very soft pale color with a fluffy bright white head; absolutely crystal clear in the glass.
S: Light bready pale ale aromas of grassy hops, mild sweetness, and some present citrus.
T: Very clean pale ale flavors that don't lean too hoppy or malty, but both are definitely present. Mildly grassy and citrusy with a note of lemon and some mellow bready malt sweetness.
MF: Very light body with some present crispness; drinks very refreshing and cleanly.
O: Definitely nothing wrong here as this is well balanced and clean and light, but really nothing special either. Hops are definitely subdued.
