Poured from a can into a tulip glass. Clear golden yellow color with a foamy white head and good lacing. Distinct citrus smell and taste. Slightly sweet. Good flavor but just a bit off. Piney with vanilla. Overall pretty good.

Clear orangey amber with plenty of foam in the Ommegang chalice. Sprightly mouthfeel with robust body. Just nicely sweet yet tangy. Wonderful aromatics of pineapple, apricot, and pine. Flavors of mango, under-ripe apricot, and orange peel.
Hops are listed as Idaho 7 and Galaxy, with smaller amounts of Citra and Nelson. The sweetnes anc moderate acidity add to the pleasure. Belching Beaver has done some excellent DIPAs, so I was happy to see this one show up at Barons Market on West Point Loma. From the 16 oz can dated 10/05/2021.

Poured a bright yellow gold with the slightest of haze. A vigorous 3 inch white head with great lacing and retention. Aroma of lots of citrus, mainly orange, along with candy sweetness and floral notes. Taste was the same....very pleasant fruity notes with a nice hop bitterness. Very good mouthfeel with a touch of oiliness. What I like in a double IPA. Overall a very good beer, one I would seek out again.
