Pours like a golden honey color with tons of carbonation bubbles. Looks like champagne. Finger of crackling white head dropping into the beer
.Smell is like a sweet lager. Getting biscuit and malt like a lager but a heavy layer of sweet lemon and honey on top.
Taste does pick up on the wheat. Kind of bready with a hint of sweet honey. Very smooth on the palate with the mix of the honey and the wheat. Getting some lemon also. Taste is like Hawaiian Sweet Rolls biscuits.
Mouth is just towards medium with the wheat. but really easy drinking. The finish just leaves a bit of a tickle to it. Just a bit of sticky in the finish but great for a heavy food type of pairing.
Overall I really liked this beer. It is tasty, and a bit sweet. Not overly sweet but a bit above my radar. It seems like when you get a beer from these brewers what you see advertised is what you are going to get. They will not fall short on product description. Hats off to BB! I thank the brewers for another fine job and cheers to all!
