easiest drinking imperial ipa ive had in awhile, crazy because its hazy too, these usually fill me up and overwhelm the palate, but not this one, a real impressive specimen, and belching beaver has been on a roll with the hoppy beers recently. this actually paired well with high end indian food, believe it or not. surprised this isnt more aggressive, i mean its bold, but also its balanced and drinkable and each sip is new on the palate, its not a permanent decision for my taste buds, its clean as these go despite having some oily intensity to the hops and some weediness. the pour is muted a little bit, not too full bodied and without any visible sediment, its well carbonated and holds nearly two inches of buffy white weightless head, looks right on. white wine grape aroma and some green pinecone, white florals, pineapple candy, sap and resin stickiness, kiwi fruit, somewhat lush, a little sweet, with a fluffy feeling but our of the way grain profile, and the flavor is about the same as the nose, a remarkable lack of hop burn for how robust this is overall on the hop side. lightly lemony as it warms, honeysuckle and verbena too, green tea or matcha even, low bitterness, and it seems to handle spice and richness on the plate very well. grapefruity almost simcoe character late, i wish i knew what hops were in this. its alcohol is well hidden and the mouthfeel overall is really soft. exceptionally good, catching it fresh i assume, and its lovely. recommended! easier all around than most imperial beers in this space.

16oz can pours out moderately hazy and deeply golden with a bright white head. Citrusy, hoppy, juicy and fruity with a solid underlying malt backbone and really no booze.

Pours a hazy golden orange with two fingers of foamy head that slowly dissipates to a thin ring with some lacing. Aroma of papaya and mango. Taste follows nose.

16oz can from Hops & Bottles. Hazy golden pour, thick fluffy white head. Light fruity aroma, mostly citrus, but some stone fruit sneaking in as well. Taste is fruity, juicy, mild zesty notes, creamy smooth. Crushable for a DIPA. Velvety feel

This is a great beer - fantastic aroma of orange and peach, with a very fruit-forward orange juice flavor. Pours a cloudy orange, with minimal head, and lacing dies down after a few minutes. The mouthfeel is thick, and just right for this style. A really terrific beer for those who enjoy the less bitter, more fruit forward hazies. This one is a winner!

Pours a very cloudy opaque golden color with a thin foamy head. Head retention is decent. Lacing is good. Juicy tropical aroma and taste. It is harder to discern on the aroma but definitely get Mango and papaya on the taste. Medium bodied with mild to moderate carbonation.
