It pours golden with a white head. It has doughy flavors with plenty of blueberry elements. It also has an herbal note to it as well.

A- The head is about two solid fingers in thickness, and is super white, all the while fizzling out rather quickly in loud fashion, eventually creating a mound of foam that looks like a melted snow pile in the middle of the top. The golden brew, which is somewhat chill hazed, shows off a swirling tornado like carbonation column that rises aggressively from the bottom of my tulip to the top, recreating a head that once was almost gone! There is some sticky thick lacing that clings to the inside of the glass as well, providing an overall nice looking wheat ale!

S- Sweet ripe blueberry right off the bat, almost syrup like to be honest. There are also plenty of pancake like bread aromas, crystal and wheat malt sweetness, some grainy, grassy wheat kernels, yeasty elements and really not a whole lot else happening here, but just an overall sweet dessert like aroma that is primarily of sugary blueberry!

T- There is a definite blueberry sweetness and a total pancake/McDonalds blueberry muffin flavor happening here.....each with delicate fresh creamery butter melted over the surface! Aside from this, there are very muted wheat ale baking spice, such as coriander and orange zest. There are also some underlying notes of wheat grains and malt, which add some depth and roundness to the sweet nature of this one. The finish is slightly drying and the blueberry flavors linger on....a very nice tasty brew!

M/O- Medium, leaning into a full body, and the carbonation is smooth on the palate. This is a very drinkable beer, however, while I am very much enjoying the pint that is poured, I would likely move on to a less flavourful style, as I think this would become overbearing as time goes on. The lower alcohol is nice and overall a satisfying beer that is very much as advertised....another winner from Belching Beaver and in this case, Deftones too!
