A pale lager with rich malt flavor and just enough bitterness to balance it all out.

Copenhagen 30/6 2024. 47,3 cl can from Meny, ToftegÄrds Plads, Valby. Yellow can emulating a German can design with a Beaver disguised as a Monk.
Pours almost clear pale yellow with a small and bubbly white head. Settles as thin, powdery layer of foam unable of covering the surface the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intensewith sweet, malty odor mingling with a lighter sourish scent. Sweet pale malts, bread and hints caramel. Grass and lemon. Whiff of sour grains.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness.Aftertaste slightly bitter with sours streak. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
