A: Very light colour for a saison. Has the appearance of a lager with lots of carbonation.
S: Beautiful. Yeasty and sour with a good amount of balanced smoke. There's also a slight sweet malt.
T: Sweet bready honey malts with white grape - and less yeast than I was expecting, though there's a great apricot tartness in there. A slight white pepper spice which works very, very well with the smokiness. There's more hops than you'd usually expect from a saison with a lot of lemon. A good amount of smokiness here; not too subtle, not overpowering. The aftertaste is of lemon and smoke but it dies quite quickly. The sourness becomes more pronounced as I drink more.
M: More carbonation than I normally like but it works very well. It has quite a full mouthfeel too.
Overall: Fantastic beer. Very well balanced, very interesting, very good beer.

Bottled and possibly bottle conditioned in quirky shaped black coloured bottle
This actually works really well, the smokiness doesn't overpower the saison yeastiness
