12oz can served in a snifter. Dated 4/16/19. Gift from a friend at work.
Pours a clear golden color with very little head and a significant amount of fine carbonation. Smell is moderately tart, light, and apricotty.
Taste is stonefruit, tart, with noticeable salt (but not overwhelming).
Mouthfeel is light and very effervescent. Overall, it's pretty good.

12oz can, tulip, canned who knows when. Just put a date on the can!
Apricot color and a white, rapidly vanishing head that’s composed of large bubbles while it lasts. Faintly hazed and no head once the pour party is over.
Definitely an inviting aroma of, yep, apricot. Also light wheat, a little minty, a little citric.
Orange slice, apricot, wheat, very light on the salt. There’s an herbal undertone.
Thin, serious carbonation.
This is a nice gose, which seem to be popular in Texas, though they range from pickle jar saltiness to this kind of subtly. The fruit is equally subtle.

Poured from a 12 ounce can into a beer can style glass. The thin head dissipated within seconds, which makes the beer look flat; not a good look but does it have to do with the high acidic nature of gose style beers? Don't know the answer to that. Tastes tart but not stomach turning. There is mention of Tangerine and Apricot flavors on the can but they did not distinguish themselves on the tongue. Overall a decent gose.

Smells alot like my cat's litter box after a few days. Tastes about as tart as I can be comfortable with. Bright, light, tangy. A Decent sour by Community Beer Company.
