poured a hazy pale yellow gold body with a fluffy champagne-like white head that has high retention and leaves a few clinging strands of lacing as it settles to a thin rocky cap
aroma is underwhelming but clean, crisp, and sweet. suggestion of bright fruit.
taste is akin to the advertisement on the can: champagne IPA. it's odd but totally works. musty white grape and bright fruit suggestions. it's somewhat tart, very crisp and clean tasting, with grassy hops looming
mouthfeel is high carbonation and medium-light body. prickly and crisp and clean with a dry bitter finish and very little aftertaste.
overall:
I assumed this would be a Brut IPA, but that's night quite what's up here. in fact, I'm not sure what group this brew belongs in, or who to consider as its peers - not that that is a bad thing. it certainly stands out.
10 out of 10 will do again, this time in a full pack rather than the single. very easy but unique and worth the study.

Received from @r0rschach post NBS BIF 10 – Thanks John! Reviewed 2/23/20.
Undated 16 oz can – bottom marked “What Happens At Community”. Stored at home at 42 degrees and served at 45 degrees in a hand washed and dried Jester King snifter.
Appearance – 3.
First pour – Light yellow (Nearly colorless, clear)
Body – Yellow with a slight haze and very slight effervescence. When held to direct light, bright yellow with a slight haze.
Head – Large (Maximum five cm, aggressive center pour), off-white, low density, average retention, diminishing to a six to seventeen jagged crown and a rocky partial layer. A few small pieces of lacing remain on the side as the head retracts.
Lacing – fair - wide irregular bands of tiny to large bubbles, eventually evolving into lace curtains.
Aroma – 3 – Dank, reminiscent of the wrestling practice room.
Flavor – 4 – Dank and slightly bitter. No fruits or berries, no bizarre additives or adjuncts. No alcohol (7 % ABV as marked on the label) flavor or aroma. No diacetyl, no dimethylsulfide.
Palate – 3.5 – Medium, watery, lively carbonation.
Final impression and summation: 3.75 (Minus 0.25 point for an undated can). Very easy drinking and pleasing IPA, definitely not NEIPA style, not as dry as “Brut” IPAs. Maybe made with champagne yeast. Not on brewery’s current website.
