16oz can served in a WABL sample glass. Can is dated 4/12/23. Got it from @DrSandman101 in a trade.
Pours moderately hazy with a smallish, dense head that settles into a creamy skin. Light amber in color. Don't see much carbonation. Smell is bright citrus pith, vague flowers, a hint of booziness.
Taste is a bit more on the grainy side -- not too much, just noticeable. Hop characteristics from the nose are also present in the taste, with a strong melon rind bitterness coming late to round things out.
Mouthfeel is kind of interesting -- there's a roughness ("coarse" was the first name that came to mind) to it, big but not heavy, dry finish. Overall, very nice and very interesting beer.
