pours a clear yellowish-orange gold body with a frothy foam cream-colored head that has moderately high retention and leaves a ton of lacing behind as it settles to a defined halo
aroma is slightly boozy blood orange with grapefruit and dank hop with a sweet tinge to it
taste leans more to tangerine and light lemon with danky slight herbal hop bitterness. fairly complex
mouthfeel is high carbonation, medium-light bodied, running slightly grainy and/or chewy with a dry finish and resinous hop aftertaste tinged by sharp boozy sweeteness
overall:
it's pretty tasty, looks beautiful, and though it doesn't necessarily feel like an 8.2 abv, it certainly has a fairly rough mouthfeel to it that will slow you down. slowed *me* down, anyhow. overall pretty good but not one I will go out of my way to find again.
