Pours an completely unfiltered yellow colored beer with a solid, one finger sized head atop.
Offers an intriguing aroma profile, featuring lime zest, tropical fruits and additional mango among a lighter honey appearance.
The beer drinks incredibly smooth with an unforseen creaminess, developing a late, refreshing effervescence, exhibiting a great balance throughout.
Tastes of a short lasting, crackery maltiness, which then supports an uprising, bitter and bright lime impact, adding a gentle sweetness to it, which works great as a gateway to introduce ripe mango and pineapple. Its fruitiness then unfolds gently on the tongue, creating a complex, very enjoyable fruit basket, together with a well working bitterness. Finishes with maintaining, blueberry accompanied crackers, a softer turning lime bite and a long going cream smoothness, together with calmer tropical fruits, creating a light, perfectly balanced finish.
A very versatile, complex and great drinking beer with a convincing bitter edge to it.

16oz tallboy can poured into Durobar Charente glass.
bottom of tallboy can reads "commencing countdown born on date of 1/14/22".
Appearance: Opaque and hazy definitely. Pale golden yellow body. Bone white head. Head stacks up tall from a hard pour into the glass. Lots of sticky lacing and the head has alot of staying power noted.
Smell: Peach flesh and skin, big citrus, and hint of melon rind. Smells so so juicy. Pithy. Light dankness as well.
Taste: Starts off lightly dank and leads with lightly bitter melon rind. Peach pits with a lemon lime note. Hint of tropical fruits and mandarin oranges. The beer finishes with citrus zest that builds long into the finish.
Mouthfeel: On the lighter end of a medium bodied IPA. Low to moderate carbonation levels. Not boozy at all. Easy drinking beer with a soft body.
Overall: Gotta love this hops combo of Galaxy and Citra! It's my personal favorite when these two hops team up together. They are like Batman and Robin. What a balanced Imperial NE IPA. Triptych hoppy beers are very very good and underrated for that matter. People who drink them know exactly what I am talking about.

16 oz can, canned 9/30/21, into wide mouthed glass.
Hazy juicy blonde with a 3 finger head, lots of lace obliterating the glass.
Aroma of pears, cantaloupe, mandarin oranges, sharp cheddar, orange juice, and red grapefruit juice.
Flavor is much the same - melon, mandarin oranges, hint of sharp cheddar, with a finish of mimosa and white wine. No off notes, very soft, very minimally bitter. Gets even better as it warms a few degrees with loads of pineapple and dole whip. Every DIPA should taste like this!
Feel is creamy and juicy and neatly carbonated with no alcohol heat. Wowza.
Overall, another Triptych banger. Just enough bitterness to counteract the fruity sweetness. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Great work here.

Hazy orange with a large fluffy white head that lasts and leaves a lot of lacing.
Smell is citrus and citrus peel.
Taste starts with lemon, orange, and a touch of melon, finish adds bitter citrus rind.
medium body and slightly sticky with moderate carbonation.

My good friend and old neighbor from Oswego gave me a can of this beer. It poured a hazy orangish with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had wonderful citrus notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with tropical fruit peel presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall its a solid beer.
