Poured from a 16oz can into a FFF DLD nonic pint glass. Pours a clear golden with a nice foam head. Carbonation bubbles. Clean, bready lager aroma and taste. Super crushable. Nothing flashy or fancy. Don’t get a lot of hop presence. Medium-full mouthfeel. Lush carbonation. Really good. Simple but also effective.

Had at the Krannert Center, during the Ellnora Guitar Festival, their 20th Anniversary. Stage 5, seeing Dave Holland and John Scofield...side notes of course...I believe this is different than their other Ellnora release, as that was a "blonde ale" and while I doubt there is much difference, there is room here for both a lager and ale.
A: Pours a clear golden yellow color. A one finger white head forms and recedes after a minute with light lace left behind.
S: Clean cracker like malts and a grainy aroma. That is about it, very simple and to the point.
T: Like the nose, cracker and grainy malts are the show up front. Sweetness builds, and just a touch of lemon like bitterness lingering.
M/O: A light body that is crisp and clean. Easy enough to drink, and you don't have to think to much about this one.
The intention here is certainly a no fuss American light lager, and it succeeds in that goal, I would personally like it more on the German Pils or Helles side...Though I get it. For what it is, its good but I would personally go for their other lagers instead, unless I happen to be at the Ellnora Guitar Festival again...which is a great music festival by the way.
