A West Coast IPA brewed with a dry hop built from CryoFresh hops. These hops begin as unkilned whole cones, then run through a cryogenic process that concentrates the compounds that matter. It gives the beer a vivid hop brightness that feels closer to tasting the harvest than our usual kilned varieties. Mosaic, Simcoe, and Citra drive the profile with grapefruit, citrus peel, resin, and a little tropical fruit layered in.

A: Pours a clear golden yellow color. A white head forms with good retention and lace left behind.
S: Big and dank. Citrus, grapefruit and pine resin. Simple but spot on.
T: A big citrus, grapefruit and pine flavor up front. Resin like, with plenty of bitterness lingering. This becomes just a bit astringent for me in the finish, but small gripes.
M/O: A medium body with crisp carbonation at first. There is a sticky resiny feel, and finishes dry. A classic IPA to come back to and drink.
Yep, very good. I get a bit of a throat closing astringent thing going on, but that could just be me. Otherwise spot on for a classic IPA.
