Hazy honey gold, soapy white head to substantial film, some early lace. Wheaty, yeasty nose, plenty of fruit. Fruit and wheat to taste. Fairly sweet, but with a sour finish on its way some bitterness. Thin bodied.

Nose strongly contains apple, with a bit of white pepper. Flavour is similar, still very apple heavy. Sweeter than I would like for the style, a bit cloying with a honey flavour. There is a bit of spicy dryness in the finish.
