Look - Deep red, lingering white head. No lacing. It looks very pretty and like you'd expect any fruit beer to look.
Smell - This is the first sign that something is amiss. While there is definitely a fruit smell - plums, grapes, blueberries - there is also a strong smell of bleach. Definitely something chemical. If you are someone who regularly ferments things you know the smell of good rotten, however this beer does not posses it.
Taste - For a Berliner Wiesse a lot of the appropriate elements are there. What is not apparent is whatever sets it apart from your traditional sour beer. Blindfolded and you wouldn't guess what flavor its supposed to impart.
Feel - Powdery and vinegar.
Overall - This beer is good. However this beer is no better than any other sour on the market. If I was a cousin's wedding and I didn't know the majority of the people there I would take solace in the good choice of beer, but on my couch with the buyers remorse of picking this particular bottle off the shelf setting in I'm not sure I would buy this again.

Bought a single 750ml Bomber at the local Hy-Vee for $7.99 two days ago on Saturday. Poured dark purplish in color with a small head. Good amount of sour blueberries for the aroma. Tasty followed the nose with a decent amount of 'sour' but not over done. Really liked this brew if you can find it. Enjoy and Cheers!
Straight across the board with "4's" for me.
