Pours a lightly dark brown with a little fog to it. Head is a finger in height and khaki in color. Aroma is toasty, nutty, earthy, bready, pale malts with a little herbal hop and sugar. Flavor profile is toasty, nutty, earthy, bready, pale malts forming an earthy, lightly sweet dynamic, but light, flavor. Mouth feel is medium-thin with a little fuzzy, graininess to the otherwise crisp carbonation texture. Overall, nice simple beer with malts abundant.
Served in a dimpled mug from a 12oz bottle.

12oz bottle. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a small, tan head of foam. It smelled of caramel, roasted malt and floral notes. Nice malty taste with subtle hints of roasted coffee and a grassy bitterness.
