16oz can. Poured out an opaque, jet-black color with a small, off-white head of fluffy foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, bourbon, vanilla and oak. Sweet chocolate, bourbon, oak, vanilla and roasted coffee taste.

Poured a hissy foam into a Maibock glass, not a head. The barrel-aged scent, that is, boozy, was immediately evident for this 2023 reserve. The color, darkest brown.
The flavors are chocolate, burnt marzipan, and undertones of raisin coffee.
The mouthfeel is on the creamy side with some heat.
It has an eccectric finish, smooth but a little off balance.
And it hissed at me.
