look: It pours It pours dark brown with a brown head. Head retention is moderate.
Smell: It has strong aromas of licorice with nuts and toffee. There are some light plum notes in the background. As it warms, a light cherry element is found.
Taste: It has a roasted flavor with light nuts and a bit of licorice. There are very low levels of plum, toffee, and cherries.
Feel: It has a full body and a slight alcohol warmth.
Overall, it has a good combination of complex flavors, but the cherries didn't really pop for me considering that it's a baltic porter brewed with cherries.

Poured a black body with one finger tan head and minor lace. Aroma is roasted malts with a coffee edge but also some bitter chocolate. Lowkey balance as the roasted malts keep the beer heavy, but for a full bodied beer it goes down real smooth, and the coffee notes keep things interesting and there is a complementary dry finish. The balance is due to some milk like chocolate sweetness that comes through at times and is a great addition to beer.
