Very dark appearance with white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is a very pronounced coffee. Taste is also a very pronounced coffee that is smooth

Poured from a growler into a snifter glass.
Appearance is deep black in color with little yet creamy tan head.
Smell is a plethora of coffee and cream. Lovely.
Taste follows the nose but the roasted coffee flavors vanish on the finish with moderate bitterness. There is also a hint of dark chocolate and vanilla. Sweetness is also moderate, and alcohol presence is low.
Mouthfeel is fairly smooth and creamy with a little bite on the end (dry finish). Carbonation is relatively low.
Overall this is a very good coffee Porter with a clear coffee/espresso presence. However, the bitterness is well balanced with a nice addition of sweetness. The flavors tend to vanish quickly, but this an excellent beer.

Poured on tap in a tulip, the beer is jet black, with a creamy, clingy, light tan head. Aromas of rich mocha, creamy sweet and subtle coffee bitter, with subtle chocolate notes. Flavors are rich and roasted forward, creamy sweet and rich in chocolate, cream, and mocha. Smooth and creamy bodied, with a rich chocolate cream and coffee aftertaste lingering on past the smooth, creamy finish. Very tasty beer.
