A hazy orange beer with an off white head that leaves only a few specks of lacing. The aroma is mango, lime zest, floral components and a bit of malt sweetness. The taste is lightly sweet with lots of lime and peppery mango. There is a decent amount of bitterness that lingers and a little bit of sweetness. At the end the bitterness lingers and a subtle taste of caramel sweetness seems to come out. This is a pretty tasty beer and a good showcase for the flavors of the Wakatu hops.
