Gold beer with a white head that smells of grapefruit pith, caramel and pine. The taste is lightly sweet with citrus and caramel hints and a mildly bitter finish made up of grapefruit pith and pine. Very carbonated beer with a medium to light mouthfeel.

A: Pours a relatively clear medium golden apricot in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate pale golden yellow + orange colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall foamy off-white head that reduces to a large patch of thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of citrus/orange zest, citrus/grapefruit, tropical/apricot, and tropical/mango hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of caramel + biscuit malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel sweetness.
T: Upfront there is a light to moderate flavor of biscuit + caramel malts with a light amount of caramel sweetness. That is followed by slightly stronger than moderate flavors of citrus/orange zest, citrus/grapefruit, tropical/apricot, and tropical/mango hops which impart a slightly stronger than light amount of bitterness which does not linger for too long.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Initially crisp with a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink and enjoyable with well hidden alcohol and an interesting combination of hop aromas + flavors.
