A: Pours a relatively clear pale golden apricot in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate lemon yellow colored highlights. The beer has a finger tall foamy off-white head that slowly reduces to a couple of small to medium sized patches of thin film surrounded by a large patch of very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of tropical/passionfruit, tropical/pineapple, pine/resin, herbal, and tropical/melon hops over the top of very light aromas of cereal grain malts.
T: Upfront there is a light to moderate flavor of cereal grain malts with minimal amounts of sweetness. That is followed by moderate flavors of tropical/passionfruit, tropical/pineapple, pine/resin, herbal, and tropical/melon hops which impart a light to moderate amount of lingering bitterness.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp but slightly thin/watery.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a slightly thin mouthfeel. I could easily have a few of these in a session. Enjoyable with a pleasant hop aroma and flavor.

Bright yellow-orange with a bit of haze and a thin, creamy white head that leaves some drippy lacing. Ripe fruity hops in the nose with a trailing pine resin spice and a whiff of crackers. Seedy passion fruit, pineapple, peach skin, melon, and grass. Tasty light oily hop flavor balanced by dry grassy spice and a hit of grain. Passion fruit, grapefruit peel, lime. Super crisp, thin feel. I'm pretty thrilled this will be available for my next haircut. Trophy is so hit and miss for me, but this is good stuff.
