Next up in our "Big Batch New England IPA Series" is Industry Rule #4080 (Record Company People Are Shady). This one is looking nice and hazy for a big mouthfeel with a bright, citrusy aroma and a slightly piney finish. This is the staff favorite so far!

A: Pours a hazy medium golden honey orange in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and faint dark golden yellow + faint burnt orange colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall sudsy foamy off-white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Slightly heavier than moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Strong aromas of juicy tropical/passionfruit, tropical/mango, tropical/papaya, citrus/orange, and dank pine/resin hops over the top of moderate aromas of biscuit + caramel malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel sweetness.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of biscuit + caramel malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel sweetness.
That is followed by just shy of strong flavors of juicy tropical/passionfruit, tropical/mango, tropical/papaya, citrus/orange, and dank pine/resin hops which impart a hint of bitterness which fades away almsot instantly leaving lingering juicy tropical hop flavors.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Initially slightly crisp with a slightly fluffy mid-body and hints of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol. Enjoyable with a really tasty tropical hop profile. Definitely one that I would happily grab again.
