A: Pours a very slightly hazy medium golden honey orange in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate medium golden yellow + amber colored highlights. The beer has a twi finger tall sudsy foamy off-white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of slightly mottled very thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of slightly juicy citrus/grapefruit, tropical/mango, tropical/papaya, tropical/passionfruit, and citrus/grapefruit zest hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of caramel + biscuit + oat malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel sweetness.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of caramel + biscuit + oat malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of slightly juicy citrus/grapefruit, tropical/mango, tropical/papaya, tropical/passionfruit, and citrus/grapefruit zest hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away fairly quickly leaving lingering tropical + citrus fruity hop flavors.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Initially slightly crisp with a light amount of fluffiness mid-body and moderate amounts of dryness in the finish.
O: Really enjoyable with a wonderful hop aroma and flavor - had this one the day it showed up here locally (May 26th) and another one tonight - the aroma has faded slightly. Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and just enough sweetness.
