A: Pours a hazy pale yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate amounts of lemon yellow as well as hints of pale golden yellow + honey colored highlights. The beer has a twi finger tall fizzy foamy bright white head that quickly reduces to a large patch of slightly mottled very thin film covering a little more than 75% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy ripe guava with moderate aromas of citrus/lemon zest over the top of light to moderate aromas of tropical/pineapple + earthy hops. Light aromas of biscuit + wheat malts with a hint of caramel sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + wheat malts with a hint of caramel sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy ripe guava with moderate aromas of citrus/lemon zest. Finally there are light to moderate flavors of tropical/pineapple + earthy hops which impart a hint of bitterness which fades almost immediately leaving lingering tropical guava flavors.
M:Slightly heavier than light bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink and refreshing with well hidden alcohol and a light crisp mouthfeel. Very enjoyable, especially to someone that really like guava.
