A: Pours a clear just shy of opaque very dark reddish brown in color with light to moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate garnet red + mahogany + cola brown colored highlights. The beer has a finger tall fizzy foamy tan head that quickly reduces to a large patch of very thin film covering a little more than 75% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of roasted malts + freshly brewed coffee with a moderate amount of lactose sweetness. Light aromas of pumpkin spices (cinnamon + allspice + nutmeg + clove). No perceptible hop presence.

T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of roasted malts with a moderate amount of lactose sweetness. That is followed by slightly less than moderate flavors of freshly brewed coffee and light flavors of pumpkin spices (cinnamon + allspice + nutmeg + clove). No perceptible hop presence. Very light amounts of roasty bitterness which fades away quickly leaving light lingering lactose sweetness.

M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Smooth.

O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol. Enjoyable - reminds me of a pumpkin spice latte but with less spice and less overall sweetness. Possibly the best pumpkin beer I have tried to date and even enjoyed by several non-pumpkin beer drinkers I was with.
