A: Pours a hazy pale to medium golden honey in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly along the edges of the glass and moderate apricot + burnt orange + medium golden yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a couple of patches of thin film surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Just shy of moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of juicy citrus/lime zest, citrus/tangerine, citrus/lemon, tropical/melon, tropical/mango, and herbal hops with light to moderate aromas of biscuit + bready + caramel + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of biscuit + bready + caramel + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/lime zest, citrus/tangerine, citrus/lemon, tropical/melon, tropical/mango, and herbal hops which impart a hint of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving lingering citrus + herbal hop flavors.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Moderate amounts of soft/fluffiness mid-body with a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a very pleasantly soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoyable with an interesting combination of herbal + citrus + tropical hop profile. I would gladly grab this one again.
