This beer is as dark as the deepest part of the Baltic Sea (which happens to be 30 Fathoms deep at it's deepest) If held to the light the beer shows ruby hues. The dark kilned malts help this dark lager layer notes of chocolate among the cherrie flavors from the combination of sweet and sour cherries added to the tune of 3/4 lb per gallon.
