@ Trophy
Murky yellow color - these guys can certainly make some densely cloudy beers. A little creaminess rests on top. Distinct Sorachi Ace lemony sweetness, mild pepper, maybe a bit of apricot. Lemon and moderate wheat flavor with a grainy finish. Similar to a homebrew I made, but they tamed the hop a bitter better with a more prominent malt presence. Medium, creamy, and very crisp. Sorachi Ace can be a tricky one, but these guys did well with this one. Nice and refreshing on a warm summer evening. One of the better beers I've had from Trophy.
